Doris seamlessly integrates with her clients' teams, often serving as de facto staff. She offers both long-term and short-term solutions tailored to client needs. Based in Los Angeles, Doris has managed projects remotely from Israel, Europe, Singapore, and Moscow; to New York, Palo Alto, Seattle, and Washington, DC. To ensure the highest level of service and attention, she takes on a limited number of clients at a time, working directly with top executives and existing teams or hiring, training, and supervising new staff.
Doris can act as a fractional, part-time consultant for your organization, managing a project or specific area of the business. She collaborates with top executives, handling tasks independently or overseeing external contractors and internal teams.
Ideal for startups, small entities, or individuals needing immediate, high-level expertise without the budget for a full-time executive. Doris also supports larger companies and institutions requiring a reliable professional to efficiently fill a temporary gap.
